100% Inline DUD Detection
INDEC vacuum testing systems automatically check the vacuum pressure in jars, bottles, or cans during ongoing production. An optical sensor measures the dome of the lid without contact, detecting insufficient vacuum pressure, crooked or missing closures. The modular design allows the devices to be flexibly expanded and, thanks to clear menu navigation and the documentation supplied, they are easy to set up and commission yourself.

With the new INDEC VD 400 DUD detector, we are presenting the successor to the proven INDEC VD 300 vacuum testing system. Thanks to state-of-the-art laser technology, the device sets new standards and guarantees reliable results regardless of the material, color, or surface of the lid-even with a matte finish. Complemented by needs-based accessory solutions, the VD 400 offers maximum flexibility and user-friendliness.
