About Zeilhofer – Manipulators & Lifting Aids up to 1,200 kg
Zeilhofer Handhabungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG is a family-run German manufacturer of industrial manipulators, lifting aids and lifting axes, based in Holzkirchen near Munich since 1999. We develop, build and service ergonomic handling systems for loads up to 1,200 kg.
Our product range: the Hubachse ZH90 lifting axis for loads up to 1,200 kg, articulated-arm manipulators up to 800 kg, the battery-powered Hebelift ZH with 48 V drive, rope manipulators, rotary lifting units and customer-specific grippers and fixtures designed in-house. Loads can be lifted, rotated and positioned precisely and completely pendulum-free.
Integrated safety devices and a maintenance-friendly design ensure trouble-free operation. All systems are engineered and manufactured at our own site in Germany.
More than 2,500 Zeilhofer systems are in use across 18 industries, from automotive OEMs, foundries and logistics to food, glass and window production, with customers in more than 50 countries.
Quality and information security are certified to ISO 9001 and TISAX Level 2, including prototype protection.
