Staiger – an owner-managed family business
As an owner-managed family business, Staiger has stood for continuous growth, secure jobs and great commitment to the region since 1974. Our approximately 180 employees work in a modern and friendly environment with flat hierarchies and an open-door mentality. Together with our customers (world market leaders in the medical technology, automotive, industrial, and aerospace sectors), we develop and produce customer-specific solenoid valves and fluidic systems that

Supported by a great innovative strength, Staiger is characterized in particular by high customer orientation and flexibility. In addition, our valves are benchmarks in miniaturization and service life.
We produce everything from prototypes to large series and mass production at our site in Erligheim, 30 km north of Stuttgart, and create all manufacturing and testing equipment in-house.

Quality, sustainability and environmental protection
For us, quality means aligning our products and services with the needs, requirements and expectations of our customers and striving to increase customer satisfaction. To achieve these goals, we introduced a quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 as early as 1999. This enables us to achieve a continuous improvement process that ensures and enhances the high quality standard of our products.
Sustainability and environmental protection
Environmental protection is also one of the company's top priorities. Through the application of new energy-saving technologies, the use of renewable raw materials or the use of rainwater, we reduce the environmental impact to a minimum.

With our photovoltaic system, we generate our own electricity and have thus been able to cover our entire electricity consumption in a completely CO2-neutral manner since 2021. In this way, we make an important contribution to environmental protection and thus help to reduce CO2 emissions.
The introduction of the environmental management system DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 also guarantees a trusting and open cooperation with environmental authorities and the public.
