MISELLI SRL is a italian company, located in Reggio Emilia.
Our range of products includes oil level indicators, caps, filler plugs, filler breather caps with dipstick and protective caps and plugs.
A brief presentation of our company, that was born in the lates ‘50: nowadays there are 23 employees in our new single facility of 2300 square meters / 24,500 square feet. We do, for many years now, a lot of business with foreign countries (around the 50% of our turnover), especially in USA where we have our main distributor. Miselli s.r.l. is present in all EU countries and overseas ( U.S.A., Canada, South Africa, Australia, Chile, etc ) markets through the collaboration of a network of distributors. We are an ISO certified company from 2007.

The values and the mission of Miselli Srl effect three basic levels: relationship with customers, relationships with suppliers and internal organization.
Concercing the relationship with its customers, these are the main priorities:
• perceive the demands and the needs of the customer and translate them into products and services that exceed their expectations;
• show the greatest flexibility following the customer needs;
• maintain clear relations with customers in order to prevent complaints;
• respect the realization time of the projects;
• evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction;
• evaluate the critical issues of process / product recognized by customers through the study of the causes of complaints.
Concerning the company's relationships with its suppliers, the main objective is making an accurate analysis finalized to the selection of reliable suppliers with whom undertake long-term relationships and make them partners of Quality Policy pursued by the Company, in order to integrate them as collaborators. The same internal organization of the staff and the procedures seek to optimize the performance and the quality of the production.
The company occupies, effective January 2015, a new plant of 2300 square meters, which allows a better inventory management and increased speed of the flow molding-assembly-shipment. Miselli family, owner of the company from three generations, aim with these improvements to an increased production efficiency and, above all, the level of service for customers.
