Beijing Worldia Diamond Tools Co., Ltd. (namely Worldia)is a national hi-tech enterprise located in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park in China. Worldia is a professional manufacturer of glass cutting tools, PCD/PCBN cutting tools, diamond die blanks, saw blades and CVD diamond line of products. We are dedicated to R&D of advanced production technologies and equipment in addition to manufacturing a wide variety of super hard cutting tools. We have been rewarded with numerous patents.
In the field of the glass cutting tool, Worldia is one of the top three manufacturers of diamond scribing wheel in the world and is the sole manufacturer in China. With the production of our diamond scribing wheel, Worldia has broken the monopoly of Japanese products in the high-end glass cutting industry. Thanks to the reliable performance and high precision, the Worldia diamond scribing wheel is extensively used for precise cutting of high-end TFT-LCD, CSTN-LCD, STN-LCD panels, glass substrates, LCD panels, LCD touch screens, and glass sheets for precision electronic instruments and automobiles. At Worldia, we employ unique design and sophisticated techniques to ensure the high precision and reliable quality of our super hard cutting tool, and are now leading in carbon processing cutting tool and other cutting tool industries. Today, our high precision cutting tool, PCD/PCBN roller cutting tool, PCD inserts specially used for cutting wind turbine blade and other products are increasingly used in many fields, such as new composite materials (like nonferrous metal, ferrous metal, tungsten carbide, plastic, fiber glass, etc.), fiber reinforced plastics (FRP), rollers, auto parts, stone engraving, and more.
In manufacturing our diamond die blanks, we creatively use precision grinding and polishing technologies. The application of cold press fit techniques instead of hot pressing prevents damage to PCD internal structure caused by high temperature.
Worldia also manufactures PCD and carbide saw blade, CVD diamond line of product, diamond nozzle, lapping and polishing machine, glass cutting machine, and other products, and is dedicated to offering customized and complete cutting solutions.
As for super hard materials processing, we provide high precision lapping and polishing, laser cutting, rework of PDC cutters, in addition to OEM/ODM services. Hence our products are popular in Southeast Asia, Western countries, and others.
Worldia has a modern factory covering 16,000 square meters, completely equipped with advanced manufacturing machines, including COBORN RG9, VOLLMER and FARMAN grinding machines, FANUC Five-axis CNC EDM machine for processing PCD/PCBN tools, more than forty precision laser cutting machines, over one hundred large lapping and polishing machines.
