Product OverviewThe KNPLS-16 is an analogue phone line switching unit that switches between Line A and Line B to ensure continuous telephone service when one telephone line fails. The unit monitors the status of lines linked from PABX-A (OCC main PABX) and PABX-B (hot standby/back-up BCC) and will switch to the remaining operational PABX if the primary line fails. The A/B line switch box also monitors the line connection to the end device (analogue telephone) and reports connection failures to the PABX and operator console GUI.
