OverviewThe Crest WSL is a high-precision industrial slitter rewinder and optional inline laminator engineered for tension-sensitive conversion of flexible films, specialty foams and laminates. It integrates pneumatic circular slitting, loop-controlled centre winding and an advanced inline lamination station to enable single-pass or dual-pass workflows without material deformation, telescoping or edge defects.

PASS 1: Foam activation & adhesive coatingThe raw specialty foam is unwound and passed through the Corona Treatment Unit to increase surface energy, then a high-tack adhesive layer is laminated under precise nip pressure to guarantee a durable bond.
PASS 2: Backing application & final slittingThe adhesive-laminated foam from Pass 1 is fed back into the line; the plastic backing material is laminated onto the adhesive side (Corona off) and pneumatic circular knives perform final precision slitting to customer widths.
