IQIEGE 7160S 是一款面向高端实验室及质检部门的大型全自动金相切割机，适用于处理大型或复杂试样。该机搭载 Siemens PLC 与触摸屏人机界面，并配备高精度步进电机驱动，实现精确进给控制与可靠运行。设备配备1240 mm × 780 mm超大切割室与7.5 kW驱动，能够切割大型、高硬度的金属及非金属材料（如大型铸件、复合材料、陶瓷及岩相试样）。

系统具有智能切割逻辑，可根据电流反馈自动调节进给速度，在处理昂贵或难切材料时降低报废率。参数数据库支持最多10组参数存储，便于批量处理与工艺复现。
