The new automatic presenters N ED join the AM nut presenters of the FIAM range to offer a solution for nut tightening operations, for both manual and automatic use. Designed to ensure fluidity and speed in work cycles and guarantee precision, the new N ED automatic feeder is an effective and versatile solution for different production needs, thanks to its innovative features: • Frontal nut extraction: faster and more effective thanks to the open well pick-up station • Convenient collection of defective nuts at the end of the shift thanks to the removable drawer • Small nut retaining sockets for tightening in even the tightest spaces • Electronic speed control and adjustment, particularly useful in automatic stations with screwdriving motors installed on slides, manipulators, or Cobots No nut jamming or machine downtime: the presence detection sensor blocks the supply of the next nut until the first available one is picked up.
